Can I cancel a class?

Yes, you can cancel or reschedule a class with at least 24 hours’ notice. This way, we can adjust your schedule smoothly without affecting your progress.

can I try it one day?

Of course. I offer a trial session so you can learn about my training method and see if it fits what you’re looking for. It’s an excellent opportunity to clear up any doubts before committing.
